Legal Reasoning: Semantic and Logical Analysis brings together for the sophisticated and serious reader the analytic tools of several disciplines needed for a systematic and exhaustive treatment of legal reasoning. Specifically, these are the analytic tools for conceptual analysis, linguistic and logical structures.
