As Iron Sharpens Iron
Good, solid, biblical advice and guidance for men. All of us have someone we can influence in a positive fashion. This book encourages men in discipleship of others. Some of it is a little obvious or overly analytical in terms of how to build a relationship with others, but still valuable. I also appreciate that it was written in two parts, considering both parties viewpoints. Fathers, this would be an excellent read to help you be more intentional about how you raise your sons. I will use much of the advice in that area.
Overall, a very valuable reference material I will look to often as I pursue mentoring opportunities.
