Rediscovering The Triune God
Out of the handful of the last books that Grenz produced - I believe that this was his better work, I personally did not care for _
The Named God and the Question Of Being_ or his _
The Social God and the Relational Self_, but her certainly is not one to be ignored or trifled with. He is a very well recognized and respected in the evangelical world and as one of the few legitimate heirs to Pannenberg (in my mind more important [and sane] of a thinker than Pannenberg) he needs to be heard out or at least be consulted. That said, I prefer his earlier works.
More to the point in this volume, His engagement with Von Balthasar and Zizoulas is rather superficial... I have mixed feelings about how he engaged Torrance too (and actually Jenson for that matter).
All in all, not really worth the time or the effort, there are better works out there.
