Foreign Aid: New Perspectives
Must read book for those who were embroiled into NEP debates. The author certainly has supply the debate with a refreshing perspective the argument for the NEP, namely from the point of view of a Chinese-origin entrepreneur in Malaysia.
Even if you don't read it, possessing the book itself is an achievement,since in my knowledge, i managed to acquire one of the last unit available on market.
