Evaluating Corporate Training: Models and Issues
Some chapters in this book are a bit dated in ideology and helps reinforce stereotypes. I mean the chapter on higher arts suggests they are always done on some religious/spiritual level; the author fails to explain that this is only the ideal of higher culture, it doesn't mean it is truth.
