This book is very well presented and illustrated. It is a great tool to identify mushrooms. I was a bit concerned by the date of publication initially but it is still accurate in terms of taxonomy thanks to its structure that focuses on ascomycota and basidiomycota. Note that the purpose of this book is not to describe the human uses or health effects of the selected mushrooms. It is rather to help identifying them and it does so very skillfully.
