Professor Phillip Brainard is just a little absentminded. But he's got a lot on his mind trying to create an invention to save his financially troubled college. One day the professor, along with his faithful robot companion, Weebo, create a miraculous goo that when applied to any object, even people, enables them to fly through the air at top speed. The stuff defies gravity and looks like rubber. What is it? Flubber, of course Robin Williams's wacky humor and proven star power make this a definite hit for kids of all ages.
