I just got this on Saturday (2/6) and I have read it through 3 times. I have already made 3 recipes, and my husband is dying for us to make more. Tomorrow we are making the sweet carrot soup. Today we made the mango cucumber wraps with peanut sauce and after the first bite we both (at the same time) said, "That is the best ever". I HIGHLY recommend this cookbook. It uses very fresh, organic, out of the garden ingredients for simple yet fantastic food. We also made the Burrata Cheese and fresh pesto drizzle for lunch and were drooling over its tastiness. Buy it, read it, cook out of it. It is amazing. I am infatuated with cookbooks and this might end up being my favorite ever. Amazing because its not a baking cookbook.
