In a word, phenomenal.
Most people know how to roast a chicken, but this fantastic cookbook will show you a variety of recipes that are worth trying. Well put together book, and when the recipes are well executed, you will be cooking the best roasted chicken of your life. Sometimes dedicated cookbooks (like this, all about roasted chicken) are a waste of space and time, but occasionally they become the benchmark by which you measure all future recipes of that type.
Every bit as good as Pizzalchick's roasted birds in Boise, ID, which cook the best roasted chicken I've personally ever eaten (in a restaurant).
