Arthurian myths and alchemy Book

This was pretty heavy going, not really a book for the general reader. It was often meandering and highly repetitive. There was some interesting stuff in there, so maybe worth a speed-read, if you can get a cheap second hand copy (mine was 2nd hand and in very good nick - I think the original purchaser can't have read much of it). The illustrations were sometimes poorly chosen and there were better ones on the Internet. Incidentally, the book is very heavy and you may have to adjust your reading position.
