Finding a Mentor, Being a Mentor
This book had nothing to do with finding a mentor. It was written for older women on how to be a mentor to younger women. I felt awkward reading this book as a thirty-something. She mentioned that everyone is an older woman to someone, but it was really written to women in later stages of life. It still had some great points and I'll keep it on hand as a reference, but I'm not sure I would recommend it. And again, it really is about being a mentor, and not finding one.
