The perils of motoring Book

Over 100 cartoons take a sideways look at the motor car itself, as status symbol, friend and foe - the source of endless frustration and expense - and at all manner of drivers, the learner driver and the manic driver to name but two. The buying and selling of cars, town and country and motorway driving, servicing and repairs, in-car entertainment, carphones and driving offences are some of the important issues tackled. Colin Whittock also drew the cartoons for "The Perils of Pushing 40", "The Perils of Moving House", "The Perils of Parenthood", "The Perils of Getting Married", "Bedside Snooker", "Great Rugby Disasters" and "Bedside Darts".
