Pedro and the monkey
This trickster tale from the Philippines will entertain readers as they try and figure out how a corn-stealing monkey helps a poor farmer become rich and marry the girl of his dreams.
It reminded me that I should reread the Puss in Boots story since I can't seem to remember what happened there so I can compare these two versions of the same story plot.
