Dinosaur day Book

This book, with it's limited words and exploration of the city in its drawings would make a great book for younger elementary students to look through.

The story follows a young boy and his dog as they look for dinosaurs in the city. However, when they find one, it's not what they expect.

I think it would be a fun book for those learning to read to look through because the pictures tell most of the story, but there are still simple words that they can read. It's especially a great book for that dinosaur fan in your classroom, especially since there are so many other books in this series to read.
