Nothing Bad Happens to Good Girls
The book i read was about crime against women. Its full of statistics and research on why women are so vulnerable. Its called "Nothing Bad Happens to Good Girls". Which is basically a oxymoron proven in the book. "Good girls" are seen to be more vulnerable because a "good girl" is seen to be weak."Female joggers beware. IF you choose to enter thepark without a partner, you will be like BAmbi in hunting season,ENDANGERED. If you insist on defying the odds, then train to become Rambo and be ready ot defend yourself. After dark!(McLean 1995) I thought this quote was kind of funny because women are compared to bambi an innocent deer whose weak. I like this book personally because it tells the scary details about crime against women. Which I feel alerts me and tells me to be aware of my surroundings at all times.
