Business Dashboards
Summary: Although written to focus on the niche of dashboard design, simply removing the word 'dashboard' and you have a book teaching proper business systems analysis, Requests for proposals (RFP), business requirements documentation (BRD), project management life cycle (PMLC) with respect to technology, and database architectures (overview).
Basically, a grant overview of what a business systems analyst will need to know in the technology industry.
Review: Well formatted, with interspersed points of interest (graphs, highlights, tips, guiding images). A couple walls of text though, which don't exactly save time when reading (fluff text), and a lack of overall examples (only an Appendix).
Overall though, a great read if you are in this particular niche, or would like to develop your knowledge of Business Systems Analysis and Deployment.
