This book was given to me by my youth pastor at my church. I regularly attend there, and I probably have the best attendance record for Wednesday night in my grade besides maybe her daughter. At the time, I was going through a tough time in my life dealing with some ghosts from my past. Cheryl, my youth pastor, had set me up going to a therapist to try to help me then also gave me this book.
This book is filled with ways to get your way of thinking, and by default your life, in the correct way: positively. I had a negative mindset when I started this book but about 2/3 of the through, it just hit me like a bulldozer hitting an old brick wall. My mindset and attitude changed overnight, literally. I haven't really asked anyone but I think it was really obvious that something had changed. The best part of the book though is in the last chapter. It says "WWJT?", What Would Jesus Think?
