I first read this story about 10-14 years ago and remember absolutely loving this story. It's online with your typical 80s bodice ripper romance, (these books were what first got me into reading many moons ago) for years I had really gone off historical romances and had stuck only to contemporary but after a very busy few months I just needed a story to take me to another world, and to another time frame and this is exactly what this story did. I loved it now just as much as I loved reading it years ago, I was engrossed and when I got a chance to pick it up I couldnt stop reading. I've read most of this authors books in the past I remember this one and Tempted were my favourites. I think 2020 will definitely have more historical reads from me.
