It's just what the title says, the life and religion of Mohamed, but I don't know how objective it really is. It's informative, but has too much opinion and preaching about Catholicism. However, it is a good way to get a look at Islam before the era of rampant world-wide terrorism. Apparently, though, terrorism and violence has been a way of life in Islam since the beginning, and for the Middle East since before then. This does not bode well for the future.
