Dichotomies and stability in nonautonomous linear systems Book

This is a nice little survey of how all animals, including creations of the mind, have been treated in folklore and mythology worldwide. While this book does not have the depth or breadth of Joseph Campbell's work, it is a good, informative survey, and could even serve as an introduction to this fascinating study.

The author presents the material logically and clearly, and the book is well-written, in an informal approachable and readable style, including some flashes of humor and some amusing parenthetical person asides I knew some of this material, and had a nodding acquaintance with some, but there was much that was new, so I found this book both informative, interesting, and fun to read.
