Reading this book after more recent books, it seems that Normann was either a visionary writer or most of the management writer nowadays have not lots to say.
In any case, the book is hugely accessible, well written and throughout interesting.
I personally love the fact that he draws on research from across the social science and even beyond.
It is not often that I give 5*, so yes, definitely worth recommending that little gem.
