Treating Child and Adolescent Mental Illness
I listened to this audiobook originally only intending to learn a bit more about NLP, but I actually ended up quite enjoying the book as a whole. I can't say a lot of the ideas are new or original concepts but being reminded of ways to improve your day to day confidence/mindset can't be a bad thing, in my opinion. The audiobook's narrator was particularly motivational, which also helped.
