En este tomo se presenta la Orquesta S, con una puesta en escena de sus integrantes disfrazados (Nodame es una mangosta xD), y también Chiaki toca junto a Stresemann un concierto para piano de Rachmaninov para la Orquesta A. Ambos conciertos son presentados en el contexto del festival del conservatorio.
También Chiaki obtiene mayor notoriedad al aparecer destacado en una revista, por lo que su ex novia Saiko intenta recuperarlo.
Es un tomo entretenido donde se presentan, aparte de estas dos obras, también la ópera "Cosi fan Tutte" en la que participa Saiko.
En el final, como capÃtulo extra, veremos el pasado en el que Chiaki era niño y se hizo discÃpulo de Sebastiano Vieira.
