It's Par for the Course
Diciamolo subito: questo libro NON è un'analisi psicologica che parte dalla lettura delle strisce dei Peanuts. Piuttosto, è un libro che prende spunto da alcune strisce per offrire tanti spunti di riflessione sul proprio stato d'animo e sui propri comportamenti quotidiani.
Se state cercando un "vero" libro di psicologia, siete completamente fuori strada (la cosa ha fuorviato anche me, a onor del vero), ma questa lettura può fungere da ottimo spunto di riflessione per cercare di capirsi meglio e, soprattutto, approfondire successivamente alcuni aspetti della propria personalità .
In definitiva, ritengo che questo libro sia un'ottima base di partenza per successivi approfondimenti ma può andare anche bene come "promemoria" per riconoscere ciò che ci sta accadendo.
Di sicuro io comprerò una versione tutta mia e me la appunterò per bene!
