Soon to be a major motion picture, Just Play Dead is the hilarious double-crossing tale of a deadly menage a trois from a highly successful screen-writer.
Meet Nora Wolfe. Spoiled and bored with her life, she needs to make some major changes. So Nora decides it's time to lose the object of her discontent: Jack, her millionaire husband. Enter Chad, a stoned surfer who just happens to be Nora's latest boy toy. He's the perfect dupe for Nora. Promising Chad unlimited sexual favors and her undivided attention, she convinces him to off Jack. Of course, Chad has no idea that she's also setting him up to take the fall. But hold the phone, Jack's got a plan too - a plan that involves Chad, Nora, and another murder. This is the deviously funny story of a husband and wife whose malicious greed, animosities, and vanity have snowballed way out of control.
And wryly observing it all is Dani Kahane, Nora's not-so-secret admirer and the only Hawaiian-Jewish member of the island police force. But to the luscious Nora, he's just another man to manipulate in her hysterically maniacal scheme.
