History professor Thomas Stempel, a dedicated UFOlogist, says it's a hoax aimed at discrediting him and his research. Professional debunker Conrad deLeeuw insists it's Stempel's own hoax. Then there's Jarvis McCray, who has documented proof of an alien/government conspiracy.
