Human rights Book

This book introduces biases into the analysis since descriptions of human rights practices in one or two countries can hardly serve as the basis for valid generalizations. This book should facilitate the development of empirical theories relevant to human rights phenomena. It should also provide useful information to policymakers regarding appropriate strategies for measuring human rights practices and for evaluating human rights policies.
