The Legend of the Christmas Stocking: An Inspirational Story of a Wish Come True Book

A beautiful story explaining the origin and tradition of putting Christmas presents into other people's stockings. It all started with Nicholas who served God all his life (later known as Saint Nicholas, or Sinterklaas, or Santa Claus). He anonymously gave three bags of gold to a man whose daughters could not get married because he had no dowry. The last bag of gold reportedly landed in the youngest daughter's stocking. Thus the tradition of putting gifts in stockings began.
