Bush v. Gore
Though a bit dry, does provide some interesting arguments as to why the US Supreme Court ultimately made the right decision to stay the vote in the 2000 Gore-Bush election, mainly that the election would ultimately go to Congress, creating more havoc. Posner seems to be quite a Constitutional scholar, and thats a good thing.
