The Letters of Robert Louis Stevenson: Volume Four, October 1882-June 1884
Obviously not intended for a general readership, rather for an academic audience, but Karlin's prose is sharp, his knowledge of Browning probably unsurpassed, and the book makes for a good story. Recommended for anyone with even a passing interest in RB or EBB or the England in which they lived.
