Puntos en Breve: A Brief Course
Although watching films originally produced in English with the Spanish dub enabled initially sounded like a goofy technique, I actually think this book will be quite useful. The best part is having all of the key vocabulary and phrases written down and analyzed (part of speech, example sentence, English translation) so that they can be studied independent of the movies. It should be good for improving my accent, if nothing else. I plan to watch The Princess Bride and Anne of Green Gables (like I need an excuse!) because I own them.
