Just a few adjectives to describe this book...
...boring...
...predictable...
and after reading the epilogue...
RIDICULOUS! What a horrible ending. I'm not opposed to the supernatural, but why it was thrown into this book is a mystery. I seriously think Sherrilyn Kenyon forgot that she was writing as Kinley MacGregor when she composed that epilogue.
I want to refuse to rate this book on principle, however, since I did like Lochlan's character, I'm giving it two stars. He is the only redeeming thing in a series that has gone steadily downhill over the past few books.
