I found this book extremely helpful during my Electronics 2 course. It contains simple explanations of all the electronic principles any engineering student might need. I found it better than Boyelstad's book at times, as it does not skip any important concept. This book assumes that the student has no background in Electronics and gradually introduces a concept at a time. The problems given at the end of each chapter tests the level of your understanding rather than solving the same question over and over again.
