The problem with eBay and Amazon is that you will never be able to see how many orders the seller actually sold because you will only see the feedback of customers who actually left feedback.
Sadly, only about 30% of customers actually leave feedback. We give our customers 90 days to leave feedback. They also have a button to "Ask a Question" or "Contact Seller" in case there was a problem with their order. If, after 90 days, the customer has not left feedback, then we leave an automatic feedback of "Customer was satisfied with this order." The customer is informed that in the event that he/she does not leave feedback, that this automated feedback will be left."
