3.5 Stars rounded up to 4 Stars. The Watter's Mou', meaning "the water's mouth," revolves around the romance between a young coast guard officer and his fiancée, the daughter of a fisherman. The chief boatman, William Barrow or Sailor Willy as he is popularly known, is tasked with dealing with smuggling going on among the local fishermen, including his girlfriend's father. A well written Victorian classic tale of love and duty.
