Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-11 00:00:00 Vero Joubert Enders takes a sociological approach (that of "urban legends" to several stories about late-medieval French drama and asks what the narratives reveal about the interpenetration of religion and theater, class stresses, and other social forces. I'm less well-versed in French literature than English (to put it mildly) but this was still an interesting read.

Review # 2 was written on 2007-11-08 00:00:00 Crimsona Kaiser I didn't make it all the way through this book, but what I managed to read was intensely interesting. I'm going to have to finish it someday.
