EDITORIAL
We're bowling strongly into the New Year with a rich issue, packed with the big, the bold and the beautiful. Big certainly is Arnold Schwarzenegger, elected Mr. Universe for six years in a row. The well-muscled hunk isn't inarticulate, though, especially when cross-questioned about sex, success and the American dream. Big and bold are the great British bikes - it's 20 years since the best of these went out of production. Steve Wilson, wire-wheels freak who knows his stuff, discusses three of the greatest.
Big, too, is Ian McEwan, a young man with a witty, erotic pen whose collection of short stories published last year flung him right into the forefront of British writers. He's got together a nice little number for us which makes us proud -and will make you laugh at your worst fears. There's raven-haired astrologer Teri King with news of the future, and luscious Fiona Richmond who turns her wit to the press and gives us the script that was too hot for television.
