Native American Literature Book

Elie Wiesel is a Non-fiction novel. I think the author's purpose of this book was to inform people about the Holocaust and how important it is to know about what the Jews went through in the camps. My position regarding the topic is that the Holocaust was interesting to learn about but I probably won't use this knowledge unless I become a teacher. I think the author's thesis was that the Holocaust was very destructive and shouldn't happen again in any country. Something I found noteworthy in this book was that he was sent through so many camps, and he still survived during his time in them. My favorite part of this book was when the camps were liberated and everyone was free from their imprisonment. Elie was also inspired by the camps to write books about it and spread them all over the world, so everyone knew what had happened in Germany. I found this book useful, because it taught me about the HolocaustI would recommend this book for people who would like to learn about a person who lived during the Holocaust.
