Knotted Cord Book

Stepping into an abandoned warehouse, Sergeant Nicols peered into the gloom. The naked body of a teenaged boy hung between two rusty pillars about two feet apart. Nicols is reminded of a murder nine years earlier when he had been unable to prevent a miscarriage of justice. All of the previous suspects are again in the frame and Nicols is determined that this time he will uncover the real culprit.

I loved The Knotted Cord. The plot grabed my attention from the first paragraph and held it to the last word. I did not want to put it down. The twists and characters intrigued me to the point where I had to finish it !!! The storyline left me with many emotions such as sympathy for the young abused boys, and anger for those who were to protect them. When finished with the book, all I could say was WOW!!!
