Diary of a Hustler Book

This is one book I couldn't put down. I've been grinning and giggling all day while reading it, and yes, I read it in a day.

William Maltese is one great writer and this book is packed with so much humor, possibly to balance out the creepy stuff, that I don't believe I've read a funnier M/M book. Yup, the book is creepy at times, but when it's not it's just hot.

I love the interaction between Thane and Joey, though I must say that I'd give it 4,5 stars if I could because I didn't like the ending (here's my official request for a sequel!). I'm a bit hesitant to read more books by Maltese because I'm worried that the end will be as abrupt and dissatisfying as this one, and no matter how much I love his writing I'll be grumbling after every book (people who have read a lot of his M/M books - please tell me if they all end like that!). In the end I decided to go for 5 stars instead of 4 because I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a brilliant read.
