My Thoughts...

I realize this book is not for everyone, however being a pet lover I enjoyed reading the many stories about the owners and their pets.

I had to chuckle at an experience about a mother and her young daughter, Mariah as they went shopping for a surprise gift for the oldest daughter Vanessa. They found the perfect dog for Vanessa. While they were waiting for her to get home from school Mariah wanted to name the dog, but the mother thought it best to leave Vanessa name it since it was to be her dog. Mariah asked: "Do you think Vanessa will let me help take care of her? After all, I loved her first."

This book is a part of my Personal library, and I enjoyed it enough to award it 4 doggie star treats.
