A good overall book highlighting the intelligence, energy, needs, and characteristics of the breed. There is some very basic, breed specific training, though not very in-depth in this area. There is a great deal of information on health and grooming, as well as the things a doberman owner needs to keep in mind, while including a nice variety of photos, but for in-depth training books you'll need to look elsewhere. I didn't really appreciate all of the Nylabone advertisements throughout the book, but overall it's pretty good, so easy for me to overlook.
