Explaining Long-Term Economic Change Book

Well there are a few people who are making some money off of the economic crisis- Academics, economists, journalists, activists, etc. A ll of whom are writing the proverbial: how the crisis happened, and what steps can be taken to ensure that another crisis does not happen again type book!

I have been suckered into reading a couple by way of my interest and studies in economics and politics, and I think this one is pretty darn good. It is clear and concise and he brings forth different theories in an easy manner, covers a good amount of history efficiently, and ultimately shows the ways in which a neo-liberal response were ineffective and will continue to hurt various economies for years to come, as we are seeing.

He lays out some good ideas for future restucturing of economies, however, saadly these ideas are not being heard and it loos as though some could be heading for the dreaded double dip recession.
