A) A US$100 non-refundable registration fee must be accompanied with this application.

B) You must be willing to travel at your own expense to New York City, New York in June 2004.

C) You must be willing to travel at your own expense back to New York in July 2004 for the final selection process.

D) You must be willing to travel at your own expense to Pulau Tiga in October for 39 days.

E) You must be at least 18 years of age.
