Another Customer who got burned by World Wide Precious Metals
I first heard about W.W.P.M. (World Wide Precious Metals) through the Harold
Siegel radio show on my local Edmonton radio station, 630 CHED. I phoned in
for an information package and left my contact information. That's when Rob
McInerny phoned me. After explaining that I was a single-mom with very meagre
savings and could not afford to get in to the silver market, he said he was
totally "committed to helping me" and offered to get me into the palladium
market "which was going through the roof!" and that I would earn enough
money to get in to the silver market.
Five days after I gave him my entire savigs, $1500.00US, palladium plummeted,
and kept on plummeting for the next two months. When I first saw the numbers
drop, I advised Mr. McInerny that I wanted to cut my losses and sell, but he
kept advising "don't lose faith in me - this can't / won't last long -
there's an industry annoucement coming down the pipe any day now....",
etc. etc., etc. He asked me to put in more money to "keep up my equity",
which I very foolishly did, feeling that I had no recourse. Yesterday he showed
me my account statement, and I lost everything. But wait! He could "fix"
the problem if I would only give hm more money to get into silver! ?? That was
the whole purpose of investing in palladium in the first place, was to earn
me enough money to get in to silver!
Further, the worst part was that, anticipating my huge disappointment and anger,
during our last few conversations Mr. McInerny made comments such as "yeah,
I bet you're pretty good at making a stink" and "I bet you're pretty
good at stirring things up"... such derogatory and insulting comments,
perhaps to embarrass me out of doing just that - making a stink about his unethical
and shoddy business practices!
Kind regards,
