This was a housewarming gift from a then girlfriend, when we split she kept the book but it's was so good I had to go out and get a copy of my own. G's recipes are full of flavor yet simple to do. Some even boarder on he exotic side. I perfect my curry goat and coconut rice because of this book and I'm still making dishes....must read if you enjoy burning.
