Sorry to give it 2 stars but it didn't speak to me. The author uses case studies of some of her therapy patients to illustrate her ideas on how to become more creative, more open, less inhibited. Usually I like personal histories but I found the use a bit redundant at times. Some of her exercises seemed useful.
