The Golden Spurs of Kortrijk
A VERY broad overview of the wars of Louis XIV. It is certainly a helpful primer on the subject, giving not only broad coverage of the campaigns but also some of the framework by which historians understand the wars (war-as-process, "war feeds war", etc.). However, there is very little detail on anything, which made it hard for me to retain much information or find an ongoing interest in the subject.
