Tell Me What to Eat If I Have Diabetes : Nutrition You Can Live With
This was a good book for some general nutritional information. A lot of the information becomes repetitive. I feel that chapter 4 was the most informational section of the entire book, yes the chapter is very common sense oriented but there are some good points, especially for people that have no clue about general nutrition.
I feel that the title is very misleading for it makes you think that this is a book with lists of foods to eat and foods to stay away from/eat in moderation to live a better life with diabetes but that isn't the case. It is general food and nutrition information with hardly a diabetic focus. There are recipes included in the book but I didn't find many to be appealing.
If you are interested in reading this book I suggest borrowing it from your library and skim through the parts that are of particular interest to you.
