Gigi has had her ups and downs with men. Peppering her memoir with show tune lyrics, Shakespearean quotes and French phrases, Gigi is a combination of Carrie Bradshaw, Sally Bowles and Ethel Merman. Erudite, brassy, down at heel and charmingly whorish, she is a girl capable of enjoying both greasy chili fries and coq au vin. She sails through life knowing that all a gal really needs is that perfect raincoat and tons of fabulous makeup products. (A good man couldn't hurt but until then she's gonna have fun with the bad ones. Woohoo!)
